Beginners Yoga

Each week we will be working through a new topic as I guide you through the foundational postures, useful tips, some variations and demonstrate some of the amazing benefits it can have on your body and mind!

  • You will finish this course feeling confident in your practice and happy with all that yoga you have been doing

  • This course is ideal for everyone from complete beginners to frequent practitioners.

  • If you can’t make a particular week the recording can be shared.
