Each week we will be working through a new topic as I guide you through the foundational postures, useful tips, some variations and demonstrate some of the amazing benefits it can have on your body and mind!
You will finish this course feeling confident in your practice and happy with all that yoga you have been doing
This course is ideal for everyone from complete beginners to frequent practitioners.
